Supplier shall provide Client with a free reshipment
If the EMS tracking numbers have not got active within 10-15 working days.
If the envelope is seized by the customs or has been held there for more than 20-22 working days.
If the order is not delivered within a delivery time period of the chosen shipping method:
EMS – 10 to 17 Business days Maximum
RM - up to 30 Business days
In case of receiving damaged pills, bad quality product and wrong product.
If Suppliers specifies the wrong address that provokes the delivery failure. If Client specifies the wrong address and sends the reshipment request in case the delivery failure, Supplier will not provide a free reshipment.
